Octopus Real Estate Expands Lending Activities in Ireland | New

Octopus Real Estate has extended its commercial lending activities to the Republic of Ireland.

The specialist real estate lender and investor said it has launched the product which will be available for all types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, refinancings and the release of equity.

Octopus Real Estate said the expansion into the Irish market marks the first step for the company in its plan to increase its presence across Europe.
